Annual Update for Returning Students

What is the Annual Update Application?

The Annual Update is like new student registration but only updates your demographic and student data for the new school year. Doing this annually makes it quick and easy to register returning students. You must complete it for your student(s) to provide current contact, emergency, and medical info.

 

Who Should Use the Annual Update Application?

Returning students should be registered using the Annual Update Application. Returning students are:

  • Students who were actively enrolled in the District during the last school year.
  • Students who were active until the end of the last school year.

If the student was enrolled in the past but not last year as described above, they must register as a new student

The Annual Update for returning students is completed using the Annual Update Registration Application in the Infinite Campus Portal.

You need an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to access the Annual Update Registration Application. If you do not already have an account, please complete the Infinite Campus Parent Portal account request form.

Log in to the Parent Portal

You must be the student's legal guardian and live in the student's primary household to register the student. 

Start the registration

  • When the online registration application opens, your student(s) will be listed, and you may begin the registration application by clicking the Begin Registration button. If your students show as not being included in the application or are not listed at all:
    • You may not be listed as the student's legal guardian in our system. 
    • You may not live in the primary household of the student.
    • There is an error in the demographic information we have for your student. 
  • Your data from the last school year will automatically populate the application, making the process quick and easy. Add any new information and update the application as requested.
